Each clinic provides athletes the opportunity to work on their skill set in challenging fun setting.
Ball Handling/attacking/shooting (1.5h)
Fundamental and advanced drills to improve players confidence on the court. Handling the ball with confidence and being under control. Effective and deceptive footwork, change of speed and other attributes required to be a good ball handler. Shooting form/technique and learning how to score off the catch and as well as shooting off the dribble.

Explosive Athletic Training (1.5h)
Explosive movement, linear speed, lateral quickness. Acceleration and deceleration for efficiency of movement and injury prevention. through a variety of drills, exercises and technique practice. This clinic will improve athletes vertical jump over a period of time. The clinic will provide stretching and dynamic warmup exercises as well as plyometric and strength exercises that target the muscles used for jumping.
